“I bought the paddle together with the granite bread stone. I'm an experienced baker baking up to 20 loaves a week for our business but never been happy at how my pizzas turn out. The stone ensures a proper crisp base and the paddle is essential to get them into and out of oven.
I'd considered buying a pizza oven but in all honesty the stone does a great job. Would happily recommend both paddle and stone.”
