Very pleased with two purchases from Bakery Bits. The dough scraper was delivered quickly and does an excellent job. I wish Bakery Bits much success as they provide bread makers with an great choice.

It has just the right combination of stiffness and flexibility and the shape fits into the hand nicely. It is also a perfect fit for the bowls with the raised center from my KitchenAid mixer. I'm using it for bread dough as well as cake batter.

I searched the website for scraper and this was the only plastic product returned. It is smaller than the rectangular scraper I used on a bread-baking course which was branded Bakery Bits. I found that it gives me hand cramps if I use it for 5 minutes or more when mixing/kneading. I have seen the rectangular scraper is available on the website so I will probably order a couple of those.

All reviews say these little AIDS are invaluable .....they are! They scrape the bowl sides, they help get the dough out of the bowl, they cut the dough, they help to shape the dough. They are THE most useful tool I've got!
