“I haven't used it yet. I originally ordered the other type, not the bean shaped, but found it doesn't reach the bottom of the bowl. This seems a much better option for people baking using smaller quantities and bowls. I hope it will work properly. The rectangle one is a great tool, expecially for kneading sticky dough.”

I use both at home, the bean-shaped one for scraping out of the bowl and the flexible one for working on the bench. I hope you will be as pleased with the bean-shaped one as I am.
