“I should have bought one of these years ago. It slashes the dough effortlessly without smashing it. Much easier than a knife or scissors. The price is great. It is not something for an industrial backer, although maybe if is if you replace it every once in awhile. For a home backer it willl last for years (it is just plastic - shouldn't break but you can break it). But again, for the price, it is fantastic. Order 2 and put one in the back of the drawer just in case!”
