“The brush works great for wet cleaning with my VPI machine. The problem is that after 20 or 30 records the VPI cleaning solution and even distilled water that I use as a rinse (I use two separate brushes) start to dissolve the varnish where the bristles come out. I scares me that the varnish will wick its way down the bristles and get onto my vinyl. If they didn't varnish the handle these brushes would be great for wet cleaning.”
“I have tried almost everything for the past 30 years, but like all other brushes, this brush just aligns the dust on the LP. It collects the dust while the disc is spinning, but once I lift the brush, there is a straight line of dust on the disc.”
