“I bought these as the final tuning for my current AV/stereo system based on Arcam electronics and Monitor Audio Speakers. My system is on a dedicated power line and I am using reasonably sophisticated power outlets, distribution, cables and digital and analog interconnects. I like the sound of my longer runs of relatively inexpensive Audioquest Flex 14/4 speaker cable, but have had a hard time finding connectors I like on the speaker end. I have tried a number of other solutions including bare wire, cheaper gold plated brass banana plugs and various more expensive silver plated copper bananas. These Pangea Xtreme Gold banana connectors just sound right, no frequency emphasis or drop out as I have experienced with other connectors. Even difficult recordings sound really good. At least as good as bare wire and maybe better due to very secure connection. Highly recommended.”
