“Although I have always paid attention to speaker cables and interconnects, I never gave much thought to power cords. I decided to try this cord with a second system I had set up with a Powernode 2 and Elac B-5 speakers. “Bought this cord for a 2nd hand amplifier I bought that was shipped with a generic 18 gauge cable which was too small of a gauge for a 5-channel amp. I knew this cable would be a huge improvement over that cable. I know it was indicated that this wire was more for source level components; however, it sounds great with an amplifier too.
