NAD C 316BEE V2 Integrated Amplifier - Phono Included New Reviews

4.5 Rating 16 Reviews
Great amplifier. My only complaint is the silly "phono" sticker stuck on the front panel. It;s obvious it has a built in phono preamp. I had to use a heat gun to remove it.

Amp is fine but packing below average. The amp box was put in a large box with no packing material. Amp box was banged up in one corner. I will need a new NAD cd player soon but can’t have a delicate cd player packed that way.

Thank you for your review. Our apologies if the over-box was too large. We always try to use boxes that are a good fit.

I purchased this amp to replace an 80s vintage NAD 3240PE integrated amp. I was looking for an analog-only class AB amp without any DAC, since I prefer to have all my sources feed analog to an amp, and DACs are continuing to evolve. Also, I have never been drawn into purchasing super expensive audio gear, although I have owned some nice vintage tube equipment over the years. This amp sounds very nice, like my old NAD, but I am hearing more clarity in the mid and high frequencies, possibly due to aging components in my old amp. It is nice to have the remote, and I like the small size. Records sound great, as does high res digital music from my DAC. Great value in my opinion.

This receiver delivers. Reliable brand and model does not disappoint after all these years. Even better with a sub on board.

Nice little affordable amp, has all the basics and sound/sonics to drive speakers reasonably with some pleasing results, not Krell but well worth it, very pleased with it…

Ive alwas had a soft spot for NAD Amplifiers and been wanting return to the simplicity of an integrated as the heart of my system tired of needeing so many cables And extra boxes ,one of the things that was important to me was that it has to havea good phono stage something that are an after thought when included in a amp or receiver The NAD did not disappoint in this area This is a well designed phono stage and even Has its own circiut board to isolate it And performs ad well as phono preamps in the the $200 range , NAD is famous for its Conservative power ratings and Cleaver engineering that gives you Far more power then its specs Would have you belive don't let Its 40wpc rating fool you Its high current power supply Has planty of reserve power And can output more then a 100 Wpc peak power when the music needs It, it's overall sonics is warm And vary musical , i do not miss my 3 times as costly amp it replaced
