“It works well, as designed. However the fans are loud enough to be noticeable on receiver/amplifier low volume. I have other A/C 'whisper' fans that work better than the Aircom unit. The difference between the two systems is that the Aircom is thermostatically controlled and the A/C 'whisper' fan is constant on, but much quieter than the Aircom when running.”
“It blows a lot of air but way to noisy for low level listening, even on the lowest speed. I will say that this is the first product I've bought from Audio Advisor that I have not liked. Just too loud.”
“For a fan that is advertised as a "Quiet Fan" you would expect them to be quiet. Not the case. Anything over speed # 1 is unacceptable and even that is too loud unless you turn up the pre amp.”
“The T8 is a great product that fits perfectly over the top of the Denon receiver. The receiver used to get quite warm to the touch, but now It always runs cool. I have mine set up to turn on at a pre-set temperature and this T8 is a receiver saver, I know there are other fan options out there, buts this is just about perfect. Well worth the price x10!”
