I had the best afternoon at Kensington Palace & Diana Story. Have wanted to visit always and I went on a cold frosty Sunday in March but still it was beautiful. Walked around the garden and the arches, it was so tranquil, shall be returning in the summer when flowering has bloomed. Diana Story was emotional, almost felt her presence, what wonderful dresses and her legacy. R.i.P Lady Di. Xx Had tea in the cafe and stood at the gates to remember lady diana...excellent visit, 100% recommended. :)

Bought ticket shop for my daughter and I did think we may have seen a few more rooms and furniture but on the whole a nice day.

What a treat to see the beautiful dresses at The Princess Diana’s exhibition, so much care has been taken to tell the story and display the dresses. Extra treat was the tour of Kensington Palace which is beautiful the difference between the Kings rooms and Queens rooms.

To be honest I found the tour disappointing / boring. At times too many people in one area at once therefore you were hurried along. Felt like you didn’t get to see as much as you would have liked. Shop poor / expensive for a lot of stuff you wouldn’t want! Orangery closed ! No handheld electronic headpiece as other attractions would have!

I bought tickets for a friend's birthday and we had a super day. The palace rooms are impressive and brought to life by the mini talks in the rooms which last approximately 10 to 15minutes and cover key aspects of our history bringing the former owners to life. For anyone who has lived through the Diana years seeing the collection of her gowns and suits is fascinating likewise for any students of fashion and style. Extremely enjoyable. Then strolled around Kensington Gardens Very good value.

When I arrived at the Palace there was a lot a people waiting to go in, but due to the efficient staff we got in very quickly. The exhibits were well displayed and there was plenty of information about them. The Palace guides were very friendly and helpful. I spent a lot longer there than I thought I would

We enjoyed the exhibition but why was it so hot in there! Thankfully we did not have to queue for too long otherwise it would have been unbearable.
