“Kensington Palace was amazing and The Exhibition of Princess Diana's Dresses was an added Bonus. We had a really great day wondering around the Kings and Queens Residence but the highlight was the wonderful exhibition of Diana's Gowns and wardrobe along with the photographs and videos. A moving end to our visit. Thoroughly recommend”

“We chose to go on a Monday and it turned out to be quiet so minimal queues inside for the exhibition. Small, intimate palace I have been wanting to visit for years and it didn't dissappoint. Buying our ticket through Attractiontix allowed us to get tickets that were sold out on the palace website and avoid the queue for entry - we had a smaller queue to exchange our voucher.”

“State Apartments were really interesting. Exhibition of Diana's dresses very disappointing. Some were obviously marked (dirty) for example pink dress with white collar and cuffs - collar visibly stained. Due to subdued lighting, some of the other dresses appeared dirty and need a good clean. John Travolta dress should be displayed to replicate the same flair as in the photo instead of hanging straight as a die.”

“However I was informed that I could not buy tickets at the door, this proved to be untrue hence I had to find a friend with a printer, send off the e-mail to bim, go around there to collect the printout and then collect the tickets the next day. All this could have been avoided and I could have bought the tickets at the door. i had overseas visitors which added another complication since they were paying on their bank card.”

“I bought 2 tickets for Kensington Palace including Diana exhibition. I was dismayed to see the queue outside, which we waited in for nearly an hour, only to be told there was yet another queue for the exhibition which was another one and a half hours. Surely they must have prempted that this would be popular and put more staff on . It was cold and tiring and worse because everyone was moaning and angry!! For the amount of time we waited the actual exhibition was disappointing and took us 10-15 minutes to get round and that was taking our time!! We spent more time keeping warm in the cafe!!!”
