“First day of our American Roadtrip was visiting Universal Studios and to be honest I wasn’t expecting much at all. Boy oh boy was I wrong.... we went earlier than the opening time so walked around and took lots of photos before the mass crowds arrived. I don’t EVER do rides, but thought I’ll give it a go ... so firstly did Harry Potter ride and I have to say this set the scene for the rest of the day.... it was one of the most thrilling and exilerating experiences I have every had and this set the tone for the rest of the day. There was so much to see, so much entertainment provided and the studio tour is a must. Well worth the money. Fantastic day out.”

“We booked tickets through Attractiontix which meant no queuing at the gate. As we went off peak/season, our average wait for rides was 10 - 20 minutes which was fantastic. Loved every minute, including the studio tour, and went on rides multiple times, leaving at 6 (we were offered an extra ride on the Harry Potter ride which we took just before closing). Great staff, great attractions, and no headache or whiplash as there are not scary rides. We got soaked in the Jurassic Park ride but dried off in the warm sunshine and went on again.”

“What can i say ? well as usual america does great theme parks,ive been to the florida one and yes this is a bit smaller but it was just as good if not better because universal Hollywood has the famous backlot tour which is a must and the brilliant waterworld show,had an excellent day out,if there was just one gripe they didnt have a great deal of refillable soda stations or it wasnt well advertised.tip going and search for them because just buying a soda was $4 each.”

“Went in July and paid the extra for the Front of Line tickets - which are well worth it and I would highly recommend - as you literally get the Front of the Line. Otherwise expect to wait around 1 hour for each ride.”

“Had the most amazing day with our VIP passes, we were made to feel special. Only had 9 in our group. It's great to go to the front of the queue every time you go on a ride. Also the behind the scenes tour was great as you get to walk around some film sets and touch everything. You also have breakfast and lunch included and there was plenty to choose from being vegetarian. Would definitely choose VIP again.”
