“Loved the rides - Harry Potter & Mummy especially. The special effects show was amazing, as was Waterworld; really enjoyed Despicable Me too. To be honest, the animal show was rather weak.”

“I bought some tickets for a day out on our holiday. The booking experience was great, and our entrance was easy. Unfortunately our day was not great due to universal itself. A lot of the rides/ attractions were very similar - simulator rides. The food was awful, and a lot of the rides broke down - not good in August. We got stuck on harry potter and the forbidden journey for half an hour! We still made the most of our day and had fun, but it could have been much better!”

“Really good day out for us all. Could have spent a lot longer but only had one day so packed it all in. It was well worth the money spent on tickets. Harry Potter was fantastic really brought it all to life.”
