“Family of 6, really looked fwd to a great day but was disappointed from arrival at 10am. Made to park in a field furthest to entrance even though there were plenty spaces closer. Queued for everything for at least 40 mins! I mean everything! From getting in, to buying a coffee. This establishment seems to care more about the ticket sales and getting the numbers in then limiting entry to a few hundred and giving customers a better experience. My kids only went on 2 rides! The food was awful too. We visited the pasta and pizza restaurant and paid about £12 per head. The dough used in their pizzas was so sour and not edible. Chef puts so much Yeast to pizza dough to rise it quickly so you can imagine what it's taste like. There was only one pasta option available, penne with tomato and basil. After leaving the restaurant within 10 mins of getting in, we decided to try a hot dog from the kiosk, hot dog was so dry and over priced. We planned this trip for about a year and kids saved money too, we were so disappointed. End of the day had 4 crying kids in the car for a two hour journey home.”

“We bought the tickets for our Lego mad 3 1/2 year old. He loved the day, when n himself a minion and loved the Knights realm. I have only two minor points, there needs to be more changing rooms at the duplo water park as there were long queues and a little more fore Thought to the amount of food as they seemed to run out of stuff fairly early in the day. Otherwise a great day even though it rained! I do wonder why however it is so pricy for adults when it's a child based theme park.”

“Good day out...but only because of the discounted tickets. Queues, wasps, not kept as well as it could be and to top it all off, £5 for parking. Kids had fun but don't think we will go again there is plenty more to see and do in England.”

“I bought tickets through attractiontix for myself and my family, unfortunately my daughter fell ill on the day of the planned visit. I contacted attractiontix to attempt to rearrange another date but they were very unhelpful basically saying tough luck there is nothing that they can do, no option to transfer tickets to another date so would have to loose out money!! ! Can safely say I will not use attractiontix ever again!”

“I brought the tickets off here and for a great price, my boys loved there day out and the wait for rides wasn't as bad as I thought. It was a busy day being a Sunday but we still managed to get on a lot of rides.”

“We had to collect our tickets from the collection office which took around half an hour waiting time. The park was very busy and the rides took an hour waiting time and some were longer. It was a lovely day with the weather and we stayed in the park all day, my son went on a couple of rides he hadn't been on before which was fantastic. My son really enjoyed the play areas dotted around, and loved the Star Wars exhibition.”
