I bought tickets for the family of 4 & we really enjoyed it. We went on a Saturday which probably wasn't best day as there was queues that were too long for a 3 year so didn't go on rides but had a great time admiring the Lego models which were amazing.

Great offer on Legoland tickets, saved us a great amount given the amount of people we were going with.

I bought tickets for my family and friends and we had a lovely day out

Very straightforward to get the discounted tickets - completed it on my phone whilst in the queue and the ticket office guy sorted it out with a smile! The only improvement would be to increase the discount and match the club card deals available.

Complete waste of time and money. Never going again

Pay a fortune to stand around all day, look at fake lego and for them to try and rip you off some more. One of the worst days of my life. Never going again and my son loves lego.

The park was spotless! The staff very friendly, low q times and plenty of things for all the family

Arrived at around 11:30 and not problems finding it, getting in and getting parked. The rides just don't seem to be big enough to deal with the number that the park holds, I am not stupid enough to expect to walk onto every ride but if a ride only fits 12 people (bearing in mind parents will usually need to be on with the kids) you are gonna get loooong queues. The snack bars are poor, they split them up so you get ice cream from one, hot dogs from another but of course they are spread out. They could be a little bigger and all sell a better range. Silly things like having one kiosk next to the play area, such a concentration of people with one person serving =a long queue of parents trying to squeeze in a coffee while the kids are playing. They charge £5 for parking which would presumably mean that they can offer some parking attendance...no. You have to buy a parking ticket from a machine (if you didn't buy on-line) but of course there was one machine with a huge queue. Once I got the ticket it literally took 1hr 45mins to get out of the car park, another queue caused by the tickets having to be checked before you leave. My value rating is higher because I got some cheap tickets, only costs 35 quid for four of us, I would not pay full price.
