“I bought the tickets for myself and 3 friends, can't quite remember but I'm sure when booking with you it asked for my date of travel which was the 9th of March. (I wanted to use the ticket on the 10 and 11th of march). When I printed out my ticket it said at the top ticket date 9th March, I did query this with you and was assurred that I could use the ticket on 2 days within a period however when arriving to change my e ticket I was originally told I could not transfer it because it said the 9th! Eventually after explaining and a couple of other people looking at the form I was given my tickets, this did not spoil my experience at all but may be something worth reviewing at your end.”

“I bought the tickets and printed off the e-tickets. When my teenage daughter and her friend showed at the gate with the tickets the guy wont let them in saying there not valid there. He ended phoning his supervisor his let them in and ripped up the tickets saying "if you come with these again you won't be allowed in".”

“I bought the tickets as part of a surprise trip to Paris for my girlfriend. I was slightly unsure as didn't know much about the website previously however I received my confirmation immediately by email after purchase. It was easy to redeem my tickets at disneyland paris so a very easy and painless experience. The park was great although they did have one ride closed for maintenance however the whole trip was amazing.”

“We arrive at the Kyriad hotel and asked to buy tickets ..The receptionist advised us to go online as they were cheaper...We used your website and they were £41 for the day for both parks ...amazing value and the tickets were booked and printed by the hotel within 10 mins...We also got 10 euros off our evening meal at Planet Hollywood! !! Would definately recommend your website Val Lawless”
