“My daughter had a lovely day but I would like to point a few things out. We knew that Thunder mountain was closed but after going on Space Mountain we went to Indiana Jones but that was closed due to technical difficulties so we went to Pirates of the Caribbean which was also experiencing technical difficulties. We eat lunch at Planet Holleywood but it took ages to get our bill after asking many times. We queued to watch the parade which ran late both times but were really good. Also the when they were preparing for the firework display they closed a lot of the park at 7pm and there was no communication to let people know what was going on. It was a lot of hanging around and it was cold until the display at 8pm however once again it was worth it but had it been raining I don't know if people would have just left.”

“We are a family of 4 who purchased Mini tickets on a mega offer from Attractiontix. These tickets were the cheapest I could find online and I was a bit wary however!! I need not have worried. I exchanged them at the ticket booth on the left as you enter the park (remember to take ONE passport for ID). A lovely and charming French lady greeted us. There was a part missing on the e-ticket so she did have to make a few calls to verify however we didn't wait long and she gave us the tickets and map etc whilst waiting. The park itself was really good although a lot of shops more than rides and indeed a few of the rides were under construction so not available. Expect a lot of queuing!! but hey you know that before you go. However the parade at 5.30pm is great and everyone is friendly. Park is spotless clean and not as expensive as I thought it would be. Well worth a visit!!”
