“Attractiontix charge you for 3 year olds but Disney allow 3 and under to go in free of charge. Therfore i have 2 spare tickets. Attractiontix wont refund when i contacted them so really disappointed and wouldn't use them again because of it. Couldn't even recommended them based on this because if you had a serious problem such as tickets not working i'm not sure they'd even want to help.”

“the disneyland tickets were unable to be used due to nation wide strikes in Paris and inflated taxi fares. a request for refund whether full or partly was categorically refused. as a customer travelling from the indian ocean to paris (months of saving) so my children could experience the "magic" of disney, was appalled that even a force majeure event (strike in paris) did not qualify for a refund!”
