“E tickets were easy to use, no issues experienced at the gates. With our order we received a voucher for discount on food at Planet Hollywood, due to being new years eve the restaurant tried to refuse the voucher on the basis it was a 'blackout' date. Thankfully the voucher itself displayed all the blackout dates for the year and NYE wasn't one of them so I stood my ground and we got our discount. Attractiontix saved us around £20 per ticket in total and £10 off the meal so we feel it was good value for money.”

“The tickets weren't recognised which resulted in over an hour queue to fix them and a lot of frustration. They were legitimate so Disney had to sell them back and buy new ones. I'm not sure whose fault it was, but the stress and waste of time was definitely not worth the small saving”
