“I brought tickets for my 8years old daughters birthday, we were staying in Blackpool for 2nights from the 26th of October intill the 28th of October. blackpool pleasure beach was arranged for the 27th of October my daughter's birthday, we had a phone call from the hotel we had booked the night before we were due to leave explaining due to maintenence work we no longer had anywhere to stay due to late notice we did not end up going and could not get our money back for the tickets or change the date, so £100.00 lost and an upset birthday girl!!!”

“A bought tickets to go ice skating.... No ice skating available due to a sell out show being held. Offered tickets to the fare as a good will gesture... I'd already purchased and paid for wristbands for the next day.... Went to go to the fare they decided to close it early! I phone attractions Tixall straight away on the spot to see if a refund was possible... As I'd spoken to the pleasure beach manager and this is what he advised me to do. Although he was rude and said the park had been open from 10am.To which I replied... You buy wristbands to come at your leisure not to think quick we must go incase it shuts!!! Numerous phone calls.... At a fortune a time and a complaint made.... And still no word back! A whole weekend of plans ruined from the outset due to the 1st booking being made when it shouldnt of been! Thanks.... For nothing”

“Sure were short so we managed to get on most rides at least once. Only thing I would say is park opens at 10 but most of the big rides open at 10.30 which was a bit disappointing as this wasn't stated anywhere that i saw. But it was a great day”
