“My son and I stopped of here on our way home from a fantastic few days in the Lake District. I foolishly thought that this place would be a little more glamorous than it is. It may have been half term, but having to queue the length of time we did, for what we had paid, was truly ridiculous. The whole place is run down, dirty, dated and in need of serious investment, and soon. The only saving grace, if this is one, was that we got to go on 'The Big One' after queuing for close to an hour!”

“The website kept crashing and we ended up paying for the same tickets three times, when we tried to get a refund the company claimed that two of the sets of tickets had been redeemed (not true) and would only refund one transaction. We are now £100+ out of pocket and will have to go throught he lengthy, time-comsuming 'section 75' credit-card transaction protection route to try and get our money back.”
