“Bought the red one for my mum for Christmas and she loves it, didn’t realise how many pockets/compartments it had! Quality is really good, it’s a great middle sized bag, not massive but more than enough space to fit a larger purse and all the usual extras.”
“Can't fault the materials and general quality of the construction and I liked the number and placement of the pockets, but my issue was more of a design fault - none of the interior edges of the pockets were lined and "sewn in" at the edges/corners ie. the pockets were loose and moveable inside the bag, including the main compartment. So essentially there were 5 pockets all interfering with each other, for example - the side-opening slide pocket is a good idea but you can't slide your phone easily into it because anything in the main compartment gets in the way and the pockets get easily scrunched up and folded against each other. A big shame, because I looked high and low for a simple style I liked but when it comes down to it, if it's a pain to use, nothing else really matters. On the plus side the delivery was quick and, while you do have to pay for return postage, the refund was handled quickly. I'd definitely look to Assots again in future if the compartment issues are resolved.”
“Very attractive bag, but I have concerns with the zipper for the main compartment. When fully open, the zipper gets stuck and I'm concerned the zipper is going to break. I rubbed the zipper with bar soap and it seemed to slide more easily; hopefully, that has fixed the problem.”
