“A great quality sweater that I’ll be wearing for decades. This is not a lightweight layer to squeeze into your rucksack for when the weather turns, there are other things such as down jackets for that. This is a warm heavyweight wool polo neck which you wear like a coat or jacket on a rough day. You might want a something lightweight on top to shut out stronger winds and heavier rain but the Welsh wool retains its oils so a little weather isn’t a problem. If it gets scratchy at the neck try a buff. In winter I wore this over a fine merino long sleeve top and received compliments. Not sure about the logo which my wife calls my Blue Peter badge”
“I absolutely love this pullover. It’s warm when you need it to be, yet doesn’t bake you when the temperature climbs a little. I’ve not needed to wash it yet, but I’ll be following the instructions provided carefully when I do and expect to be wearing it for many years to come.
Almost everyone I meet when wearing it comments on how good it looks and I’d definitely recommend it over some of the other similar brands out there selling nautical inspired knitwear (I can say this as I’ve got some of them!)
