“Not sure if I would recommend it.Good that it is natural ,tried it on my velvet curtains, my cat had peed on them no idea why smells better but it hasn't completely got rid of the smell .was hoping it would be so good I wouldn't have to take them down and dry clean them but I will have to .Followed instructions.”

Hi Caroline, Thank you for sharing your experience with our Bio One™ Odour Eliminator. We sincerely regret to hear that it hasn’t worked as expected for you. It can be really frustrating when lingering smells persist despite following the instructions closely. We recommend reapplying the solution and perhaps ensuring that the area is well-saturated as it can sometimes take multiple applications for stubborn odours to fully dissipate. If you are spraying it onto soft surfaces, you need to get the enzymes down into the deep figures of that surface, which is where the culprit is hiding and causing the issue. Fully saturating the area and leaving it to dry on it's own, will allow the enzymes to penetrate down and eliminate the bacteria growing on the left over urine. “it does what it says , I mainly use it to eliminate dog smells and it works, I have a bit of a thing about using it as a stand alone worktop cleaner so I'm doubling up at the moment clean with my heavy duty usual product then finish of with this , this is just my quirk”
