“We have a older dog and occasionally she has a accident. Even though I give the carpet a good scrub I worry about it smelling.I use the spray after the clean up and it gives me peace of mind no lingering odour.”

Hi Angela Thanks so much for the review. We are sorry to hear that Bio one™ didn't work for you. We would like to drop you an email to see if we can understand what the issue may have been and where you are trying to remove the smell from to see if we can get to the bottom of it. You mentioned that the product only masked the smell which we would then assume that the problem area is quite deep and would need more treatment. We would recommend giving this another go and completely saturating the area and some slight agitation to get the enzymes working Bio one™ is completely natural. If you have potentially tried to tackle the issue already with a cleaning product containing chemicals or bleach, then Bio one™ will struggle to work, which could be a reason why.
