“One of my cats got in a fight with a neighbour's cat who visits our garden and has since started to scent mark by the front door as well as peeing outside her litter tray. I have tried so many different products that claim to neutralise the terrible smell, but nothing worked. When I came across Bio One in my Google searches I thought to give it a try on the basis of "What have I got to loose ".I have to say so far I am impressed as it seems to work. Whilst I don't trust my cat to stop her bad habits. just yet, at least I have now got a product that gets rid of the smell.”

Hi Lynne Thanks so much for taking the time to leave feedback. When dealing with little wee and poop accidents on a carpet it is really important to make sure that you; 1. mix the concentrate to the correct formulation (to ensure the enzymes are in the right concentration to wake up and start multiplying), 2. clean up any hard matter or blot the area of excess urine first, and then if it is carpet then make sure you really saturate the area (you want the enzymes to get down into not only the fibres, but also the underlay of the carpet, this generally is where the problem lies, and where you need the enzymes to get into and eliminate the carbon based matter - ie urine), if it is quite a thick pile then also slightly agitate (not rub) the area to make sure the solution gets into the fibres, 3. leave it long enough to work. These are live enzymes that will digest any carbon based matter, but they need time to do that, so leave it as long as you want and also feel free to spray some more. They will keep working and digesting the poo or wee until they either dry up (they need to be damp to work) or all the carbon based matter is gone. “Tried all sorts to get rid of the odour when my cat peed on our couch in several areas after returning from the cattery! Nothing worked so didn't hold out much hope for this. Surprisingly it has worked really well there is only one spot where I think I can smell a bit, so I will give that area another go. It's great stuff, I'm very impressed!”

“I run a home dog boarding business and recently had a dog who wasn't house trained (I didn't know this when accepting them) I tried this product to eradicate the smell on my carpets and rugs as didn't want the scent there for other dogs to pick up on and it has taken away the odour left behind. It's expensive to initially lay out for but it seems to work and it's great for refreshing dog beds and furnishings too.”

“I kept seeing this advertised on my phone. I have 4 cats and all of a sudden due to various factors such as urine infection, male dominance and female cat stress of the younger males all 4 of them were spraying....anyway there is one spot I could really smell it. Believe me I have tried mopping with bio powder, bought all.the commercial pet cleaners and nothing has lifted the odour. I was beyond frustrated so I thought why not order as I had nothing to lose apart from the 18 pounds and that's nothing compared to what I have spent already. It was delivered quickly, ready to make up easily and the free hand sanitizer was welcome. I must admit,wasn't convinced about this either but to be fair, I treated the area and I can't really smell it anymore, which is a miracle. It leaves a lovely zesty orange smell as well. Thanks and I'd definitely buy again and recommend, it's worth the money. Try it!”

“This is far better than the othe brand I used. The smell is subtle and not sickly and cloying like some. The dog was sick on the carpet and this neutralised the smell in minutes. Fab.”
