This is a review of the product, not manufacturing or shipping issues. The product is great. I wear it as suggested and I make sure that nothing is covering it, and it gets essentially 100% of my shots. Also, capturing putts with the Caddie Link is much better than with the phone. I never played a round with the phone where I didn't have to edit after the round. With the Caddie Link, most of my rounds are spot on. All-in-all, a great product.

The caddie link has worked flawlessly since September. It has picked up all my shots while worn outside my left pocket (right hand golfer). I can play music thru Bluetooth again and take phone calls. Perfect addition to the Caddie product.

I waited a long time for my device. I had even contemplated canceling my order. BOYYYYYYYYYYYYY, that would have been a grave mistake. I have used it the past five rounds since receiving and I have nothing but great things to say. Well worth the wait. I expected some issues, however, the only issues I have is that the weather has forced me inside and waiting to play. Great job guys. Outstanding edition to my Arccos Caddie...........

I received my Link a couple of months ago. I immediately took it out to the golf course and played a round. I noticed that it would miss a shot or two and no real big deal. I had placed it on my belt on my left side (right hander) as instructed. However, after that first round, it started to not pick up drives at all, and by my 3rd round of golf it just quit picking up anything. I have tried to have it on my pocket, put it closer to my mid section, and even made sure it was not covered by anything. It just stopped working. I read the articles to try and reset it, repair it, you name it, nothing has worked. Now it is far too late to get my money returned or get a replacement.

Please reach out to our customer experience team (starter@arccosgolf.com) who will be able to run some diagnostics and replace it if required. However, please make sure your sensors are all working correctly by running sensor diagnostics within the app. Also, make sure the device is left uncovered by clothing as this can reduce the effectiveness of the microphone. Great product in the caddie app and the sensors. However when i try to use the ios watch as my detector i get crazy yardages in the 10 thousands and alot of missed shots. I dont like carrying my phone in my pocket or on my belt because it gets in my head and throws my shots off. Ive been waiting on the link now for a month so hopefully this will help with shot detection and getting the right yardages. The ios watch as shot detection really needs some work as it is so unreliable and will throw off your round from the first shot. Please look into this issue with ios. This would be key to use but as of now it just doesnt work as expected. Also the shipping for the link is out of arccos hands but you have to get these out alot quicker. As another reviewer stated... alot of editing going on. Thank you

I've played a few rounds with the caddie link and it does exactly what it says... and a little more. It weighs virtually nothing... it's smaller than a business card... and Arccos was smart to make the belt/pocket clip very sturdy and tight. I played this weekend in 48 degree weather and had to clip it on my pants pocket vs belt (my jacket covered my belt so it would have not worked because the caddie link needs to hear the shot to register) and because the clip was strong, I didn't worry about it accidentally falling off. The ability to get all the Arccos data without carrying your iphone in your lead pocket is a game changer for their product. Cons... (sort of) It wasn't tracking my putts (maybe the sound didn't register) but it really doesn't matter. After the hole or after the round, it's really easy to swipe through each hole and add your putt total. Important tip... If you charge it the night before, remember to turn it off after you pull it from the charging cable. The instructions tell you to do that also, but I missed that part of the instructions and the battery was out halfway through my next round. That's not an Arccos problem.. that's a user error problem. Set up was quick and idiot-proof and using it is also idiot-proof. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the putting thing. My guess is you will see a lot of avid golfers using the caddie link over the next few years.

Long time arccos user. I carry, and don't like having the iphone on my person, I prefer it in the bag. I found the iOS watch to be glitchy - frequently misses shots and therefore requires too many edits (although having yardage on your wrist is nice). I was really looking forward to the link which is a solid product IF YOU ARE NOT wearning a jacket over your belt. The link worked great until I put on a light pullover or rain jacket; I live in Oregon so this is a frequent condition. It immediatley starting missing shots. That said, it seems like there should be a really easy fix in the form of a clip that will allow the user to attach the link firmly and securley to the bottom of a jacket. I agreee with a prior reviewer that it's light, and if not on a thick belt could be easily lost. The design of the link is such that an accessory clip could be easily designed. So... lets go arccos... somthing that will affix the clip firmly to a belt, pocket, or the bottom of the jacket!
