“I purchased the Caddie Link, hoping that I could leave my phone on the cart. However in a round of 9 holes, the link missed 1-2 shots on every hole. I'm really leery about using the link in my league again, I may use it in a round with friends to see if it performs any better.”

Sorry that your Caddie Link is not performing to your expectations, you can find troubleshooting tips to get your Link picking up more shots at support.arccosgolf.com. Alternatively you use the diagnostic tool within the app to ensure you don't have any faulty sensors which can be replaced under their 2-year warranty if you contact our customer support team at starter@arccosgolf.com who can also try to resolve any other issues you are having. “It is great if it connects. It rarely connects. I have only had it connect 2 out of 6 times. Very frustrating. Once it connects, it works awesome. However, when it doesn't connect it starts your round off with frustration. That is the last thing you need.”
