“Flowers were delivered on time but the quality was poor. They were meant as a gift but the pictures sent to me by the recipient showed brown edges on the roses. Unsure if this happened in transit but considering this has never happened before with my usual monthly supplier, this was upsetting. First time I have used this company and was extremely dissapointed with the service.”

“The roses did not last a week - it was a present for friends and I was super disappointed that they basically have to take out/dump all the other flowers in the arrangement except the white lilies”
