“Ordered these flowers twice, first time they said they were busy so the order got lost, second time they said there was a system error so the flowers never got sent out. Asked for a refund as they missed the date needed for the flowers to be delivered and a month later have still not received my refund despite providing my whole months bank statement to prove i have not received it. Poor service, poor communication and my issue has still not been resolved. Will never use them again.”
