“I was rather disappointed with this delivery. The bouquet I ordered should of had hyacinths in it which I love and was the reason for my order but instead it contained pink roses and stocks. The stocks literally lasted 2 days before I had to throw them out. The rest of the flowers are OK but nothing special.”

“First and last time I order from you. The bouquet I ordered as a special anniversary surprise for my brother and his wife was truly appalling. Looked nothing like the image I relied on;contained very few flowers, the roses were dying/dry. It was a pathetic bunch despite it being a £45 bouquet. I felt embarrassed. Thank goodness my brother was honest enough to send me photos and tell me how dreadful the flowers were. Only positive comment: you accepted the bunch was sub standard and refunded my money.”
