Really disappointed in the quality and state that these flowers arrived in. They were looking sad on day one and by day 3 had to be thrown away. I was too busy at the time to complain but seeing as you asked...

Nice smell but the flowers don’t last more than a few days. Were also delivered upside down so the flowers were squashed and when contacted customer service they had an appalling attitude considering how much the flowers cost. Will not buy from here again.

The recipient said they were beautiful flowers however didn’t last long - not even 7 days. Disappointing considering the cost.

Easy ordering process, and flowers delivered on time although would have liked confirmation that they had arrived at their destination. Had to ask recipient if they had 'received anything in the post', which was a bit awkward. Beautiful bouquet though and recipient was very pleased with them.
