“Letterbox Roses???? (Ordered for an Anniversary in January) Were left by Yodel in snow and ice, NOT put through LETTERBOX Roses were in a very sorry state when opened and just survived another two days. Shocking value for £30+ Ordered through British Airways Executive Club eStore but NO Avios have been received in my account”
