“Delivery timing perfect and presentation excellent but the flowers were already aged with brown edges and drooped after 3 days despite being fully watered and outside of direct sunlight.”

“Delivered 3 days early and were dead by Mother’s Day. Customer services blamed me and weren’t interested to hear that the website calendar function didn’t work.”
