Only downside my dash cam was removed from the window for what reason I dont know found it a bit strange and the car was also filthy on return outside only, maybe they could run a valet wash for when you return”
“We have been customers of APH for many years using the facility numerous times and recommending to friends and family. Our experience at pick up on 30th June was very poor. We waited 45 minutes. We voiced our dissatisfaction with Reception to be told ‘we are very busy and this is a free service’. My response was you should be using one of the two buses parked outside then. Free service? If you are very busy then you are receiving a lot of revenue, greatly increased prices this year also make you less competitive.
Yesterday you asked us to vote for you in the British Travel Awards - we won’t be - you let us down following a tiring journey and our complaint was not very satisfactorily dealt with.”
“The car was booked for indoor parking when we returned it was filthy.dirty.eith old leaves sand and bird droppings on it. Obviously not parked indoors staff were not very helpful complained and am now waiting for a £20 refund”
“Efficient reliable service, friendly helpful bus drivers, car undamaged, quick responses to texts. Used multiple times. Only criticism at Manchester is that there are no prices in the drinks machine in the waiting room, and no facility to pay by card .”
