“We've used APH in Manchester many times. The staff are very friendly, organised and helpful. Parking is safe and secure. Our only complaint this time was that, after a delayed flight, we arrived back in Manchester in the early hours. Our baggage took a long time to come through, and although we'd informed APH of our arrival, we had to wait at the bus stop for 40 mins before we, and many other people, were collected. It was really cold and raining. Perhaps APH should have more buses and drivers available?”
“We have used APH for a number of years now. We’ve used both parking and also parking with hotel stay through APH. We have always been very satisfied with the service provided and the price for parking is very good. On this occasion (last 2 weeks in May) everything was efficient as usual. The only delay we experienced was a wait to be picked up at Manchester airport to return to the car park. We waited about 40 minutes. This has never happened before, previously we have waited mere minutes; but understood their explanation that their were numerous flight delays causing APH to be extremely busy at the time we were there.”
