“Have used APH for many years, no problems, always friendly and helpful. Two comments this time. The pick up coach was crowded when we got on and the only luggage space was on the top rack. We are 76 with two 20kg cases. The driver stayed sitting making no review of how the luggage was stacked and leaving my husband to dangerously reach it up to the top level. Reaching the depot he immediately left the bus offering no help. Another younger traveller reached the cases down.
To cap it all we were given the wrong row, written wrong on your records. We were helped to find the car by another APH worker who was really helpful so just a forgivable mistake.”

“Having used APH around 4 times a year for many years, Manchester is excellent. It's nice that following the pandemic the service hasn't changed. Drivers are helpful with luggage and all staff welcoming. Birmingham is closer but not as nice.”
