“I am a regular user and have been very satisfied, but on this occasion the service fell well short. On the return journey at the bus stop the Driver had to be asked to help with the suitcases even though he could see we were struggling with the luggage. It was only when he heard other passengers offering to offload our luggage at APH that he moved from his seat to help. The car was parked in row 1 next to buses hidden out of view. It was totally covered in bird droppings from front to back. A check of other cars waiting for collection showed no such problems. The car was parked so close to the bus that it was extremely difficult to gain entry and definitely made my normal back problem worse for the drive home. After all these years it is probably now time to look for an alternative Car Park.”

“I have used APH Manchester more times than I can remember including 4 times this year and I have always been more than satisfied with the service. This time however I found my car covered with bird droppings which took me ages to clean as they had hardened. I noticed that none of the other cars being collected had the same so I presume that my car had been parked under a tree or somewhere birds settled. Not happy with this.”
