“I managed to turn into the Novotel but just came back out & successfully enter the long stay car park next door. Well signed to the zone that was open & parked without difficulty. Free transfer to the terminal was uneventful. Coming back there was a long queue to board the transfer bus, which meant the bus was rammed so not a comfortable journey. It's important that you remember the zone & number of the stop you left from so that you leave the bus at the right place. Finding the exit is easy.”
“All went very smoothly - be worth having an explanation at the bus stop that the pick ups alternate so that people dont all head to stop 1 and 2 and then miss the easier pickup at 3 and 4. Used the help line and bus was re-directed to pick us up (and 20 other holiday makers who'd swapped bus stops with luggage and kids!) - thanks all very good and easy to do.”
