“All perfect until we arrived back! Because works are going on at the moment we couldn't find our way to the bus stop easily. It is at the front of the Airport - not with the "coloured" car parks.”

“I recommend with some caution. You may wait a long time to travel to and from the airport. Queues for Long Stay and Mid Stay are not clearly delineated so take care to make sure you are in the right one when travelling back to the car park. If you are in a hurry I'd suggest you choose an alternative and pay a little more, otherwise if you have time to spare, try Long Stay and form your own opinion.”
“Easy for us to get to , sat nav took us straight there . We weren’t sure what zone to go to so pressed the help button and lady was helpful . Bus driver was friendly and we luckily only waited couple of minutes for a bus to arrive . We would use again”
“In the confirmation email with instructions on how to access the carpark, It wasn't clear that the ticketing system used ANPR and that a ticket wasn't necessary if you have pre booked. Also we had a wait of 35 minutes for our return bus to the Long Stay from the bus station. There needed to be twice as many buses operating to cope with the volume of passengers.
The car was fine when we got back. No damage or fallen branches in the storms etc but the instructions could have been clearer in the booking confirmation email, and we experienced a long wait time for a return bus.”
