“It says buses every 15 minutes but waited about 40 minutes on departure and 25 on arrival. Some passengers had phoned after a45 minute wait. Bus dangerously crammed full of people on departure journey and some passenger told to wait for another bus. Parking itself no issues and fair price”
“Easy to book. Shuttle service is great.
However, no instructions were given where to park in the car park, e.g., red/yellow/orange zone. We had to go to the onsite office to get that information. Apart from that, no problem.”
“Easy parking. Tip: make sure you take a note of exactly which zone and bus stop number you used when you first dropped off your car. I knew which zone we were in, but didn't take note of the bus stop number. Didn't realise there were multiple stops in a zone as we just joined the queue to get on the bus.”
