“Good directions provided, both before arriving and once at the car park. Easy to find a parking space and pick up bus to terminal great. Upon returning a bit chaotic, pick up from terminal moved with poor signage both at the normal pickup and the revised pick up! Long queues and rammed onto the bus. Driver very courteous.”
“The only thing could be implemented is more busses to and from Long stay car park to terminal as we could not get on 2 buses at a pickup point to get to the terminal as the buses we're full”
“Only one gripe too long wait on return 20 mins and the stops not clearly marked, we waited at long stay stop and the bus pulled into mid stay stop so confusion.”
“On the return journey there was quite a long wait for the bus to arrive at the terminal, when it came the queue was very long and we thought there was no chance of us getting on but we were squashed on with even more people getting on after us. The journey was very uncomfortable and it seemed to take ages as it also did several stops in the Jet2 car park, it seemed ages until we reached our bus stop!”
“Ok however took 1 hour for shuttle bus to car park in a queue that got longer, in end the people got taxis to the car park,no one to support or tell why.only one bus running.”
“Had problems at the barrier on both legs. Assiistant was great . The bus driver was an absolute disgrace. He swore and and was rude both ways. Not what you need on your outward or return from holiday”
