“It was abit slow picking people up at bus stop did not seen frequent every 15 mins said but is was not case lots of people waiting at 300am in the morning also people were told only bus top 10 was available
Coming back the driver did apologise on his behalf for the service as he told us they were short staffed and so the bus was full as he wanted everyone to get on”
“Need to have more frequent buses, I had to wait over 30 mins to get on a very packed bus twice. Only slightly cheaper but will probably use the mid stay next time.”
“No issue upon arrival, car park and parking area clearly marked, were able to park close to a bus stop collection point and it was only a short wait before the Pick-up bus arrived. If I have one issue it is that arriving back a Stansted in the early hours the number of people & luggage being crammed on one bus
was a joke, there is simply not enough room on these buses to store that much luggage & people safely.”
“I have often used this carpark but this time is the last time. The driver that picked us up at 1.00 o’clock in the morning was the rudest man. As we were all huddled on the bus he told us that if he could see any of the floor the bus wasn’t moving so we may as well let more people on.
Some customers couldn’t hold on and were frightened they were going to fall, it was just awful.”
“Parking spaces tight and went round designated section twice before I could find a suitable spot. Waited 40 minutes for bus to return to car park on return.”
“Would of given a better star rating as going out was no problem but the ques for the long stay bus from Stansted Airport back to the car park at 3.30am in the morning was horrendous, people trying to push in ques, arguments as the que was so long it had split in to about three different ques it was not good. Not sure whether it was due to the volume of flights that had come in or it was a usual occurance. Eventually got on a bus after a long wait then once arriving at the car park we did another 45 min around the car park dropping people off the jam packed bus before our stop. Was on our way eventually straight out of the barriers no problem.”
