“It wasn't so much the actual car park, it was the transport to it that was not easy. There were so many people waiting at the stop at midnight on Friday/Saturday that we had to wait for a second bus. We then went round all of the stops in Jet Parks before we got to the car parking area that we were in, this all took over an hour, so it was gone 1am before we even got to our car, let alone got home! I would only book Long stay in future if it was very much cheaper than all other options.”
“Easy to book online & a reasonable price. Buses ran on time and only a short ride to the airport. Everything well signposted on Arrival & Departure. Would recommend.”
“We found it very difficult to understand where to park as no instructions were given in email and nobody to guide you, in which zone and go to a bus stop. We asked one if you coach driver who was not helpful and said to follow instructions. Then luckily we saw some passengers return who advised us what to do otherwise we would have missed our flight!!!! Very stressed situation before holiday.
It was not even marks APH at Long stay so we went further and had to ask and didn’t know whether to take the ticket at machine. Disappointed with the lack of information.”
“Easy to locate (apart from ongoing roadworks signs)no delay at entrance, signs as to parking spaces very clear. Bus stops within easy reach, and service to terminal good. Return service as good.”
