“Absolutely awful, will never park here again. Have previously used the meet and greet service with APH which was very good but this time the price differential was too great so we decided to use the Long Stay. Arrived a few hours before our flight thank goodness but people could definitely miss flights with this shambles. Big queues at the two main stops and lost count of the number of buses that drove past dropping off only or out of service. We eventually changed stops to the one nearer the entrance and finally got on a bus but only by insisting very firmly that people shove up the bus to fill the gaps. If we hadn't done this we would have been waiting even longer than the 45 minutes we did wait. As we passed the bus stop we had left we saw people who were way in front of us in that queue still waiting as our bus sailed past. Not better on the way back - waited nearly 45 minutes watching 3 mid-stay, 2 car rental village and 2 out of service buses drive past us in that time. Definitely not enough buses and a long way from the 'buses every 15 minutes' claimed on the website. You also need to provide toilet facilities closer to the main bus stops.”
“blue - zone G -Bus Stop 13G . I needed help and pushed the Red button in the shelter. I was wasting my time as nobody answered. What is the point is having the button ?
