“Never had a problem before but this visit was a nightmare. The shuttle bus went from Long Stay to Jet Parks and packed so many people on it felt dangerous as there was luggage and people standing right up to the doors. I ended up standing in the middle bendy section which was very scary. On return the busstops had been moved to the coach park with very little signage and long queues. It was a bit like herding cattle. The last time we use that car park.”
“We had no problems or delays with this parking. We travelled out early in the morning and got back in the middle of the day, mid-week, not during school holidays. Could be cheaper. I heard on a radio comedy programme that it is now cheaper to park a small plane than a car at one airport. Not funny really.”
“We landed early hours of Monday morning and had to stand in a queue for over 45 minutes to wait for a bus. It was very disappointing that the empty buses driving past for the mid stay etc could not have just radioed ahead to give you information on the very large queue of tired cold people waiting for a very long time. Would not consider using again as this spoiled the end of our holiday. The transfer from the car park to the terminal on our leaving day was a completely different experience and couldn’t rate it high enough. You need more buses during the evening and early hours to match this.”
