what lets it down is when you arrive back the lack of clear signage as to where the pick up point to go back to your Long Term Car Park makes it very frustrating.”
“The bus stop was very busy and we waited ages to get on a bus . There wasn’t enough buses . In the end we walked to another bus stop and luckily got on there . This is the second time this happened to us !!!”

“The journey in was fine. The journey home was poor. The bus stop had been moved for roadworks and there was no direction as to how to get down to the coaches level. No staff about.
The bus driver was very rude and unhelpful to a fellow passenger looking for jet parks parking. He said he had announced jet parks. He hadn't. He then let him off the bus and laughed when he went the wrong. I would have gone the same way based on his directions.
He was also rude when asked the name number of the next bus stop. I am about to announce it, rather than a simple yes it is. Dealing with passengers who do not know where the are is a major part of the job. 7pm ish Wednesday night.”
“We had to wait for 1.5 hours in a queue for a bus. This was due to the regular bus stop being closed and not enough buses being supplies to cover these delays. It was a joke”
“Long wait for bus to terminal on way out. Bus stop closed when arrived back. No one to let passengers know what was happening or exactly where the alternate bus stop was. So left wandering around with lots of head scratching. On plus side car is safe and not in a field!”
