“The driver who picked us up to take us back to the car park was soooo nice and friendly and was patient with all us tired grumpy travellers. and even helped me remember where I had parked my car !!!
The transfers were easy and frequent.”
“The system itself works well with the parking and buses. However be careful to read small print. I hadn’t realised I was booking through a third party. When within seconds I realised I had made a mistake by putting my time to return at half past midnight but hadn’t changed date to next day. I contacted APH immediately to be informed they couldn’t make the change despite it being a clerical error on my side and not a late return etc.
if I had booked directly with the actual car park provider I would have been able to save myself a £30 charge on the return.”
