“At the time of my arrival there was a 15 minute wait for a bus to the terminal which was full - the next bus arrived 40 minutes later again a hoard of people waiting to get on which resulted in a lot of pushing and shoving to ensure you were able to get on and a lot of upset snd angry people - to rub salt in the wound several busses passed by stating ‘not in service’”
“Our plane got cancelled and I was worried I would incur additional parking charges but they agreed to waver the fees as it was completely outside of anyone’s control. Great service”
