“The park itself is good and served fairly well by the courier buses but at busy times it can cause delays. The other comment I would make is that the main roundabout to get to the M11 is confusing with poor road markings although I accept this is out of your responsibilty but maybe pressure on the local road authority could get some imprvement.”
“Have used JetParks a few times now, is nice and seamless to park up and get the bus to the terminal and back.
Just remember to make a note of what letter of the alphabet you have parked in though, as stupidly I forgot to do this and so had no idea.
I rang the number in a bus stop and they were able to pinpoint which car park I was in based on my arrival date and time.”
“15 mins on shuttle but no biggie. Drop off OK. But on return pick up it was a pain as we stood at bus stop told to get off as the bus was only dropping off at long stay. Got on nxt one and it went round the long stay b4 dropping us off at jet parks anyway so all in all a bit of a drag at 1am but needs must !”
“It all worked fine except spaces must be small as had a job getting out of my parking space. A jag was parked next to me with its front wheels on the line and with the bonnet protruding into the driving lane, went the other way and next space but one had a Skoda doing the same thing. Would be nice to have the exit from each area pointed out in the dark and wet. Took picture of bus stop, says âTâ but is actually 22(for T&V)with 22 written graffiti style on the ends.”
